WindENG is an annual high school design competition that takes place on Friday, April 27, 2012. The task consists of constructing an energy-generating wind turbine that uses a DC motor as the generator. Following the design criteria and constraints outlined in the WindENG website (http://www.windeng.com/), the competition team will be required to construct their wind turbine and have it ready to be tested for the date of the competition. Registration begins Monday, February 6, 2012.
